What you will be doing:
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest services

What you will bring to the role:
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a solid understanding of the food industry standards.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations is an asset.
Robust time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and change distribution
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience.
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration
