We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our energetic team in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Taking orders on the phone & other platforms and pack to-go orders when ready
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders.




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.

Experience
Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
Smart Serve require
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Bartender skill is an asset
Experience in food handling and preparation is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
