North-Wright Airways is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Assistant!
The Quality Assurance Assistant supports the maintenance department and the organization as a whole, to ensure overall compliance. Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager / Director of Maintenance, the position is responsible for monitoring compliance to regulations, standards, and policies while also ensuring that all audit functions are performed as scheduled and meet the requirements as stipulated within the approved manual(s).
Location: Norman Wells, NT
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Certificate or Technical Diploma/Program in a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of aviation related experience preferred.
- Maintain fluent knowledge of CARS and related Transport Canada documents and processes.
- Experience working with aircraft maintenance documents (logbooks, work orders, etc.).
- Proficient with Quality & Aviation Programs, Microsoft Programs, Google, and Adobe applications.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
