Junior IT Business Analyst, QA

We're looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst, QA to support our Business Applications team in building and maintaining efficient, reliable business systems. This role blends hands-on QA testing with business analysis — you'll help ensure new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements meet functional, performance, and reliability standards before they go live.

What you'll do:

- Build test scenarios and test cases (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT) using Zephyr
- Execute manual testing across dev, test, and production environments
- Log, track, and resolve defects in Jira, partnering closely with project and support teams
- Validate business requirements and acceptance criteria ahead of deployment
- Support release readiness reviews and provide quality sign-off input
- Maintain test documentation for audit, compliance, and change management
- Track quality metrics and defect trends to drive process improvements
- Write BRDs, user stories, process flows,



and functional documentation
- Support project teams on new system implementations and upgrades

What you bring:

- Degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or QA Analyst supporting software implementations in a global workplace (cloud, hosted, on-prem)
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., REST/API)
- Solid grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Octane
- Oracle Fusion exposure (ERP/HCM modules such as GL, AR, AP, PPM, SCM, Core HR) a strong plus
- ISTQB, ECBA, or Oracle Fusion certification a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
