We are seeking a Quality Coordinator who will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving our Quality Management System. In this position, you will work closely with all departments across the organization, including Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Customer Service, and Administration.
Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the annual internal audit program using a process-based approach tailored to our manufacturing environment.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Identify gaps,
non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, while ensuring thorough follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with department leaders to align operational practices with quality standards.
Support teams in the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
Participate in the creation, updating, and standardization of quality documentation.
Ensure consistency between manufacturing operations, internal procedures, and quality system requirements.
Monitor process performance through quality KPIs and recommend practical optimization initiatives.
Actively participate in process reviews and management review meetings.
Prepare for and support external audits, including certification, customer, and regulatory audits.
Train, coach, and engage employees on quality best practices.
Act as a quality resource and ambassador of the organization's culture of excellence.
Candidate
Profile
Qualifications and Skills Strong knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Experience managing quality systems and conducting internal audits.
Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and operations.
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to positively influence and collaborate with multiple teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
