Responsibilities

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered.
- Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals
- Establish a connection with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings.
- Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager to use social media.

Qualifications

- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm for running.
- Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Versatile availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
