Quantity Surveyor Brentwood, Essex (with site travel) Competitive Salary, Bonus, Car/Allowance and Excellent Benefits_ The Opportunity Our client is working in partnership with a leading UK house builders Group, Our client is wanted to hire Quantity Surveyor into their growing Special Projects team based in Brentwood. This is a fantastic prospect to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering critical fire safety and remediation projects across residential developments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are commercially successful while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

The Role

- Managing all project costs, ensuring value for money and margin optimisation
- Leading procurement activities and subcontractor management
- Preparing and managing CVRs, cash flows, and cost reporting
- Administering contracts, including variations and final accounts
- Supporting tendering processes and cost planning
- Liaising with internal teams across construction, development, and design
- Providing commercial input on remediation and building safety works

About You

- HNC/HND (or equivalent)



in Quantity Surveying or Construction, or relevant experience
- Proven experience within residential, FM, or cladding/remediation projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, contract administration, and procurement
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Desirable

- Experience with Building Safety Act / remediation works
- Familiarity with COINS software
