We are looking for a Quotations Specialist – Grande Prairie, AB
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting our customers and contributing to the continued growth and success of SFC Energy Ltd.
What We Expect?
- Bachelor’s Degree or technical certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 + years of related industry experience.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-care focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
- French language skills are not required but would be considered an asset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal teams across North America and with colleagues at our German headquarters to develop new and existing business opportunities.
- Reviewing customer RFQs and requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preparing and delivering high-quality customer quotations.
- Processing customer sales orders and maintaining clear communication throughout the order process.
- Working with the Technical Services team to evaluate customer applications and provide solutions to technical questions and challenges.
- Supporting inventory management, including shipping and receiving activities at the local SFC Energy office.
