Ministry, a specialized program within Youth Unlimited, is hiring a Ministry Caseworker to walk alongside them, provide compassionate support, and share the hope of Christ through relationship-based ministry. About Rahab MinistryRahab Ministry serves women, youth, children, and families affected by sexual exploitation and human trafficking. Guided by prayer and faith, our outreach team meets people where they are, building authentic relationships and offering practical support, compassionate care, and the hope of Christ. Together, we pursue our vision: "Empowering women and children impacted by the sex trade to be liberated and restored." The Ministry Caseworker will provide ongoing support and case management for women affected by sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

The role will also participate in regular outreach, relationship building, and community engagement as part of Rahab Ministry's holistic approach to care. Many relationships begin through outreach and grow into ongoing case management and holistic support.

Key Role Outcomes

- Women and families served by Rahab experience spiritual support, whole-person care, and opportunities for development.
- Those who desire change are supported toward exiting the sex trade and experiencing liberation and restoration.
- Program participants flourish through ongoing mentorship, case management support and connection to community resources.

Responsibilities:





- Under the supervision of the Rahab Associate Director, build relationships with women, children, and family members impacted by the sex trade or at imminent risk of sexual exploitation.
- Work with staff and volunteers to provide whole-person case management, addressing spiritual, emotional, relational, intellectual, and social needs.
- Participate in regular outreach and visitation while maintaining accurate, complete and up-to-date case records.
- Support Rahab Ministry's community engagement by building relationships with churches, community organizations, and the public.
- Participate as a member of Rahab’s crisis support team as required
- Participate in team and supervisory meetings.
- Support the administration and operations of Rahab Ministry and Youth Unlimited initiatives.

Requirements:

- Pursue a vital spiritual life and growing relationship with God as a devoted follower of Jesus Christ
- Be a faithful and contributing member of a local church
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant professional, ministry, volunteer, or caregiving experience working with vulnerable individuals or communities, or an equivalent combination of experience demonstrating exceptional maturity and relational capacity
- Must have a compassionate heart for sexually exploited youth, sex workers,



and their family members, and a desire to serve marginalized individuals and communities, refugees, trauma victims, and people with mental health issues
- A deep commitment to a holistic approach to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ and God’s Kingdom
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining confidential case records
- A valid Class G driver's license will be required

Position InformationThis is a part-time position (20 - 30 hours/week), with the potential of increasing hours as the program grows and develops. The expected salary range is $45,615 - $48,353 annually for a 30h/week role. The salary for this staff position is determined by a scale based on education and experience and is 100% funded on a missionary basis, requiring the successful applicant to fundraise and assemble a personal support team.
