Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, excellent patient experiences, and efficient administrative workflows.

Duties

- Day time availability required.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Schedule appointments accurately using electronic medical records systems such as JaneApp
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures




- Maintain organized patient records, including medical terminology documentation and billing details
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and other administrative tasks efficiently
- Support the clinical team with administrative needs related to electronic health records and office operations

Skills

- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or medical office administrator with strong front desk skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as JaneApp
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication skills, including experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Previous office experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
