Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle organization of documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is required; medical or dental office experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is required; attention to detail is crucial.
