Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, welcoming guests, serving food and cleaning tables, cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Welcome guests, seat them, explain menu, serving food, cleaning plates and tables.
Perform opening and closing front of the house duties as required.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.




Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience
Previous Serving/bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
Familiarity with food safety standards in the food industry is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
