Job Summary

We are seeking a Full time and a Part time, friendly and dedicated Team Member to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food/drinks, handling transactions, taking orders and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with proper cash handling procedures
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment
Assist in food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures




Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food preparation, cashiering, and POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards at all times
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a positive team-oriented attitude is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
