Your Responsibilities

- Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
- Coordinate with the land sport supervisor to monitor pool areas according to standards
- Distribute tasks among lifeguards
- Maintain signage and posting information
- Follow resort standards on pool safety and hygiene
- Implement corrective actions when needed
- Manage and maintain equipment
- Report issues to supervisors
