Role Overview The APM ServiceNow is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all entries within the Application Portfolio Management (APM) system of record.
This role ensures that all application data is validated, consistently aligned to enterprise standards, and vetted with the appropriate technology and governance teams prior to any updates or changes.
The position plays a critical role in enabling effective technology asset lifecycle management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Data Accuracy & Maintenance Maintain and oversee all records within APM and TDAR.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of application records.
Review application entries for taxonomy alignment and enterprise standards.
Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
Change Request & Governance Review and validate requests for recent, updated, or decommissioned applications.
Complete request tickets with proper documentation and work notes.
Partner with application and technology owners for approvals.




Ensure compliance with CMDB and CSDM structures.
Stakeholder Engagement Act as liaison between Application Owners, Technology Owners, ServiceNow teams, and ETAM Governance.
Provide guidance on APM standards and data requirements.
Support reviews with risk, compliance, and audit teams.
Reporting & Controls Generate dashboards for data quality and remediation tracking.
Monitor compliance with TAM standards, OSFI B-13 requirements, and internal policies.
Support KPI and KRI reporting for APM.
Skills & Competencies 3+ years experience with ServiceNow and Application Portfolio Management.
Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM framework.
Experience in IT Governance, data stewardship, risk, and audit processes.
Robust attention to detail and data quality focus.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to enforce governance while supporting business needs.
