HealthOPM is seeking compassionate and dedicated

Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)

to join a welcoming retirement community serving seniors in the Huron County area. This chance is ideal for RPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide secure, compassionate nursing care in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and report changes to the appropriate healthcare specialists.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Respond to medical concerns and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Supervise and support Personal Support Workers (PSWs) while promoting quality resident care.





Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and infection prevention practices.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in valuable standing.

Current Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months).

Current TB screening/clearance.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Previous experience in retirement living, long-term care, or seniors' care is considered an asset.

Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits
