The Assistant Campus Manager will oversee staff development, program consistency, and foster community relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff training and communication efforts
• Monitor and enhance program delivery for clients
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Facilitate operational coordination and maintenance
• Build strong community and family partnerships
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
• Experience in addiction recovery or ministry
• Ability to handle conflict and communication effectively
• Current First Aid Certification essential
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Clearance
