You will coach, partner, and drive business leadership to exceed targets while traveling to stores across the Hamilton/Niagara region three days per week.

When not traveling, you may work remotely from home. You bring 10+ years in multi-unit retail with merchandising experience and a track record in franchise environments, KPI reporting,
