Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote, field-based. Must be able to travel nationally across Canada approximately 80% of the time, with occasional international travel.

Job Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will own the nationwide growth of the Tracks segment. You will drive sales through direct customer engagement, build relationships with dealers and end users, and partner with the broader sales team to convert accounts across Canada. Your focus will be Rubber Tracks, with supporting responsibility across Construction, Industrial, and OTR segments.

Beyond selling, you will bring market intelligence back into the business. You will gather insights on pricing, competition, and product gaps,



then collaborate with the Product and Supply Chain teams to align inventory and refine the offering. You will support demand forecasting, represent the company at trade shows and industry events, and serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Rubber Tracks in the field.

Background Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in rubber tracks, construction equipment, or heavy equipment rental markets
- Proven track record in national or multi-regional sales with direct customer development responsibilities
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
