TC is an established international manufacturer and supplier of temperature measurement and control products, with operations across Europe, North America and Asia.

As we establish our Canadian operation, we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility for developing TC's business throughout Canada.

This is our first commercial appointment in Canada and offers the opportunity to play a significant role in building the business from the ground up, backed by an established international company, product range and technical team.

The role

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with industrial customers across Canada, with an initial focus on Ontario and the wider Canadian manufacturing and process industries.

The position combines new business development with the development of long-term customer relationships. We are not looking for someone focused purely on high-volume cold calling or short-term sales targets.

You will

- Develop TC's customer base across Canada.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, engineering companies, distributors and process-industry customers.
- Identify opportunities for TC's temperature measurement and related products.
- Visit customers to understand applications and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Develop existing enquiries and accounts into long-term commercial relationships.
- Work closely with TC's technical, production and commercial teams internationally.
- Provide feedback on the Canadian market, competitors and potential areas for growth.
- Represent TC at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.




- Help shape the future Canadian sales operation as the business grows.

Who we are looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience selling physical industrial or engineered products.

Relevant backgrounds could include

- Temperature instrumentation
- Process instrumentation
- Sensors
- Industrial controls
- Pressure or flow instrumentation
- Valves
- Industrial electrical products
- Heating equipment
- Automation hardware
- Engineered components
- Other technical products sold into manufacturing or process industries

You do not need to have worked specifically with thermocouples or RTDs, provided you have a strong technical-industrial sales background and are comfortable learning new products.

You should have

- Several years of successful B2B sales experience within an industrial or engineering environment.
- Experience dealing directly with Canadian industrial customers.
- The ability to understand technical products and customer applications.
- Strong relationship-building and account-development skills.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of a territory.
- A practical, commercially minded approach to sales.
- A willingness to travel to customers throughout Canada when required.

This is not a software, SaaS, IT, telecoms or technology-services sales position. Experience selling physical industrial or engineered products is essential.
