Arbutus Health & Wellness is looking for a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Vancouver.

Our clinic provides both medical and wellness services in a professional, patient-focused environment. We are expanding our Wellness team and are looking for an RMT who is interested in building a long-term practice with us.

Compensation

75–80% of treatment fees, depending on experience and arrangement.

Responsibilities

- Provide qualified massage therapy treatments based on each patient's needs
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment notes
- Educate patients regarding treatment, recovery, and self-care where appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Collaborate professionally with other healthcare providers when appropriate

Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist authorized to practise in British Columbia
- Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college




- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team
