As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Massage Addict – Dufferin & Steeles, you will provide professional, client-focused massage therapy treatments while working in a supportive and well-managed clinic environment. Our administrative team takes care of appointment bookings, payments, direct billing, laundry, supplies, and day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what matters most — providing excellent care to your clients.

You will assess clients’ needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, provide therapeutic massage treatments, maintain accurate clinical records, and educate clients on ongoing wellness and self-care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans




- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations and home care
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with CMTO requirements
- Work collaboratively with our reception and clinic team
- Deliver a welcoming and exceptional client experience

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Professional, reliable and client-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
