Holistic A Healing in Mississauga a clinic that specializes in manual lymphatic drainage massage is seeking a female compassionate and skilled RMT Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. We specialize in MLD lymphatic drainage massage and will teach you how to perform this therapy if you do not currently know!
This role offers an opportunity to work in a beautiful calm environment dedicated to health and customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
Duties
- Perform various massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and lymphatic drainage.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history, preferences, and specific areas of concern.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance their overall experience.
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.

- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related healthcare fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions treated through massage therapy is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and address client questions or concerns.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required; licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations must be maintained.
