Gilmore Wellness Clinic is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary wellness team.

We offer 59+ wellness and aesthetic services supported by advanced technology and a strong client base. This is an ideal opportunity for an RMT seeking a stable environment, steady bookings, and a supportive team culture.

About The Role

As our RMT, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic massage treatments and collaborate with our acupuncture, osteopathy, skincare, medical aesthetics, and wellness teams to support whole-body health.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments
- Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate charting in JaneApp
- Educate clients on wellness, injury prevention, and homecare
- Collaborate with clinic practitioners to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean, calm, and safe treatment environment
- Participate in occasional clinic events, open houses, or wellness promotions

Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTBC
- Valid liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered care and professional ethics
- Experience with ICBC billing is an asset
- JaneApp experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
