- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment area in compliance with health regulations and clinic standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes
- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy practices and industry developments to enhance service quality
- Promote a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent customer service and active listening skills
Experience
- Valid registration-CMTO as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing board or regulatory authority
- Prior experience in providing therapeutic massage services in a professional setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health assessments
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
