As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily construction activities and reporting to the Construction Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and safety. You will also act as a vital communication link between the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients while promoting a solid safety culture among your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise in office activities to meet project requirements
• Foster teamwork and accountability within the crew




• Report incidents to the Safety Manager as needed
• Support effective manpower and resource planning
• Monitor quality assurance for all workmanship

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or similar
• 5–7 years of construction experience required
• Previous experience with high-voltage construction preferred
• Clean driver’s license and reliable record
• Willingness to travel for site assignments
