• Manage reporting processes led by Senior Accountants
• Develop monthly financial reports for managerial insights
• Collaborate on annual budget preparations
• Conduct financial data analysis for informed decisions
• Lead year-end audit assistance and reporting
Requirements:
• CPA certified with 8 years’ relevant finance experience
• In-depth knowledge of not-for-profit accounting standards
• Background in Financial Edge software desirable
• Robust conflict resolution and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in changing settings
