We are looking for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Assembler to join our growing team in Surrey, BC.

This position is ideal for someone with solid shop assembly experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and can support the Shop Lead with the day to day operations of the assembly team.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, experienced shop person who can work independently, help keep projects moving, answer questions from other assemblers and step in to support the Shop Lead when needed.

What We Offer
$32.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and skillset

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a shop assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or technical setting
Solid knowledge of hand tools, power tools and shop equipment
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
Experience troubleshooting mechanical or assembly-related issues
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to support and collaborate effectively within a team environment





Duties and Responsibilities
Perform advanced assembly, installation, maintenance and technical work on shop projects
Read and interpret shop drawings, specifications and technical documents
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with diagnosing equipment or project challenges
Support the Shop Lead with daily workflow coordination and work priorities
Provide technical guidance and knowledge-sharing to shop team members
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced assemblers
Perform quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
Support safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized shop workplace
Assist with special projects and operational tasks as required
Provide support to shop operations during the Shop Lead’s absence

Hourly wage may be adjusted based on skillset & performance. Job Type: Full-time
