JOB TITLE: Senior Logistics Coordinator or Carrier Management Specialist

LOCATION: Burlington, ON

SALARY RANGE: $65,000-85,000 + bonus (experience dependent)

What Will You Do?
Build and maintain relationships with carriers to support ongoing business needs
Support pricing, negotiations,



and overall procurement strategy
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Monitor shipments and help resolve issues as they arise
Maintain accurate records and contribute to overall operational efficiency

What Do You Bring?
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred
Experience working with refrigerated shipments is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
