Senior Guidewire QA Analyst – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire QA Analyst with strong functional and automation testing expertise across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end testing, defect management, SQL-based backend validation, and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Guidewire applications.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
Perform defect logging, tracking, reporting, and resolution coordination using JIRA or similar tools.
Communicate testing issues and risks effectively to development, business, and client stakeholders.
Develop and execute test automation using Selenium and Tosca.
Automate business-critical testing scenarios using functional automation frameworks.
Perform SQL/PL-SQL-based backend validation, database testing, and data reconciliation.
Work within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Product Owners,



Developers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct demos and support client-facing testing activities.
Escalate testing risks, issues, and blockers as required.

Required Skills &

Experience
Mandatory: Strong Guidewire testing experience.
Hands-on experience with:
Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)
Guidewire BillingCenter (BC)
Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC)
Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Experience with Selenium and/or Tosca and functional test automation frameworks.
Solid SQL/PL-SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation.
Experience with JIRA or similar defect/test management tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
Solid test documentation and defect management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain experience.
Solid understanding of Guidewire business processes.
Experience working directly with clients, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams.
