- Provide leadership in nursing units
- Ensure excellent patient care during surgical services
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain a high standard of nursing documentation Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Competence in Ontario
- Post-graduate peri-operating nursing course completion
- Certification in peri-operative Nursing or willingness to complete
- Recent Operating Room experience and competencies
