The Role: Relationship Manager (RM) As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience while supporting advisor productivity and growth.

Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships, delivering a professional and personalized experience Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communication Support client onboarding, account maintenance, money movement and cash flow management, and suitability documentation Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations,



and long-term relationship management Collaborate with advisors and office leadership to support operational capacity across teams when needed Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services or client operations roles Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment Strong operational and administrative support skills with the ability to anticipate advisor and client needs Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prioritize workflows, and maintain accuracy across multiple moving priorities Willingness to work in an office environment 5 days/week Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Generous paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Retirement plan with company match Direct mentorship and exposure to senior leadership and advisors All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected status.
