Burnaby Lake Physical Therapy is a current, up-to-date, performance-focused multi-disciplinary clinic located in the Christine Sinclair Community Centre in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for a motivated and passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary practice on a full-time or part-time independent contractor basis.
We are creating a clinic where practitioners have the space, equipment, flexibility, and support to provide high-quality one-on-one care while developing their own clinical practice.

About the Clinic
Burnaby Lake Physical Therapy is built around active rehabilitation, movement, recovery, and performance.
Our approach combines hands-on care with exercise-based rehabilitation and modern performance training to help clients recover from injury, improve movement, manage pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.
As a multidisciplinary practice, we believe collaboration between healthcare professionals can provide patients with a more complete approach to their recovery and long-term health.
What You'll Do
As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide professional therapeutic massage treatments
- Use a variety of evidence-informed manual therapy techniques appropriate to your scope of practice
- Treat musculoskeletal conditions, soft-tissue injuries, and movement-related dysfunction
- Support patients recovering from sports and orthopedic injuries
- Provide treatments that complement physiotherapy and active rehabilitation programs
- Educate patients on appropriate self-care and recovery strategies
- Provide guidance regarding mobility, stretching, and other appropriate home-care strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
- Provide professional, patient-centered care
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia
