Join our mission-driven organization as a Senior Development Officer and lead major gift fundraising initiatives for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. In this full time hybrid role, you will play a key role in refining our major gift strategies while managing a diverse pool of potential major donors.

Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will work collaboratively with teams to integrate donor engagement strategies that resonate with our values. This role provides you with the prospect to make significant contributions to our fundraising objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Execute major gift fundraising strategies to meet targets




Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors
Identify recent prospects to expand the donor pipeline
Develop personalized engagement plans for donors
Track and maintain records for donor management Requirements:
Experience in major gift fundraising
Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
CFRE designation considered an asset
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
