Canadian Claims Services Inc. is seeking multiple, talented, Multi-line, and Property Adjusters at both Senior and Junior levels.

Experience required: 5+ year’s relevant experience in the insurance industry

Equivalencies will be considered on review of educational level, experience, and CIP credits

Must be able to obtain the appropriate level of Adjuster’s license

Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics

Inquisitive and investigative nature

Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information

Interpersonal skills: Comprehensive written skills including those of a technical insurance nature

Highly effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, with the ability to deal with a variety of personality types and styles

Organizational abilities to time manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner

Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner





Solid interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations
