Responsibilities Electricians will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and national safety standards. Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial/industrial construction Ability to understand schematic drawings and blueprints Proficiency with various forms of conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.) Possession of all the basic hand tools of the trade, including a power drill Solid knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to follow site‑specific safety guidelines Electrician helpers are not required to have as many years of experience; however,



experience is a large factor in determining pay. Helpers should be motivated, reliable, fast learners with a strong work ethic.
