Provide advanced support for endpoint management issues
Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle and documentation
Coordinate Okta, Google Workspace, and SaaS app management
Support MDM-related device management workflows
Strategize improvements in IT delivery and integrations Requirements:
5+ years in IT support and operations roles
Extensive experience with macOS settings
Scripting skills and programming knowledge
Understanding of cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure)
