- Location: Remote (Canada) with monthly travel to Recent Brunswick; vendor covers the travel expense
- Engagement Duration: 2-Year Contract (with two 1-Year renewal options)

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent combined education and experience).
- Project Management Experience: 3 years in a formal Project Management role leading process improvement, service transformation, or technology adoption initiatives from planning to closure (charters, schedules, RAID logs).
- Service Desk Optimization: 3 years of hands-on experience redesigning, streamlining, or optimizing IT or clinical Service Desk functions (intake, triage, escalation, ITSM tooling, SLAs).
- ITIL Knowledge: ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) OR 2 years of demonstrated hands-on application of ITIL practices (Incident, Request, Problem, and Knowledge Management).
- Clinical/End-User Engagement: Proven experience engaging directly with front-line clinicians or operational end-users to gather workflow and usability requirements.
