Hiring: Senior Data Engineer (ETL & AWS)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with solid expertise in ETL development, AWS cloud services, and modern data engineering practices to join a high-impact enterprise team.

Key Requirements
10+ years of Data Engineering and ETL experience
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS / IDMC
Advanced SQL and RDBMS experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Solid Python development skills
Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Step Functions, and CloudWatch
Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses
Knowledge of Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing
Experience with CI/CD, Git, CloudFormation, and Agile methodologies




Understanding of data governance, security, metadata management, and data quality practices

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data platforms and pipelines
Build batch and real-time data integration solutions
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members
Implement best practices for data engineering, testing, security, and deployment
Support production settings and participate in on-call rotations when required
AWS Certifications (Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
