Our Territory Managers are committed to delivering exceptional retail sales service to our customers by fostering long‑term relationships in their assigned area. Responsibilities

- Equipment sales with new and existing customers
- Build loyal and long‑term customer relationships
- Provide top‑tier customer support and follow‑up
- Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions
- Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
- Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas




- Create brand awareness in your area
- Conduct equipment/product demos

Requirements

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment
- Education in Ag Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills
- 3+ years of previous sales experience
- Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
