City of Richmond is seeking a Planner 2 (Youth) to lead strategic planning and policy initiatives for youth development in Richmond. You will collaborate with staff, associations and external youth-serving groups to implement the Youth Strategy (2022–2032) and drive evidence-based programs.

The role includes research, data and trend analysis, grant applications, and budget oversight for youth projects while ensuring quality standards and effective community engagement.
