I’m building my Ontario team at AO Globe Life, and I’m opening 5 positions for driven people who want more than just another job.

I’m looking for people in Ontario who are coachable, competitive, reliable, and serious about building a career in remote insurance sales and leadership.

This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity. You’ll start by learning the client side of the business, then have the opportunity to grow into recruiting, mentoring, and leadership based on performance.

What I care about most is attitude and work ethic.

You do not need to come from insurance, but you do need to be willing to learn, get licensed, show up for training, and actually put in the work.

You'll be on my team directly, and my commitment is to your success, to show you how the business works and more importantly, how to succeed.
