Thales is searching for an Experienced Bid Manager based in Ottawa, where you will coordinate vital bid processes in a hybrid setting. Drive high-quality proposal submissions and manage team collaboration effectively.

In this role, you will ensure coordination of bid activities, support the Capture Leader, and manage contributions from various teams to achieve compliance and project success. You’ll need a minimum of three years in bid development and demonstrated experience in managing complex proposals under senior oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct bidding activities within multi-disciplinary teams
• Collaborate with Capture and Account Managers for bidding
• Gather and evaluate inputs from cross-functional teams




• Maintain compliance with internal bid procedures
• Assist with sorting documentation for internal reviews

Requirements:
• University degree or relevant experience
• At least 3 years in bid/proposal development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to write detailed and skilled documents
• Proficiency in English communication
