7 years of experience managing IT solutions and transformation projects.
Experience in delivering large and complex technology-based solutions.
Experience managing data-integration
Familiarity with ALPR technology
GIS mapping, or mobility data platforms.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes such as revenue recovery or operational efficiency.
SaaS, data, or software-integration environments.
Robust understanding of data architecture
APIs
Project management, financial oversight, and change management.
Experience with KPIs/SLAs and reporting to senior leadership.
High level of initiative and problem-solving competence.
