Position SummaryUnder general supervision of the Teacher Supervisor at Lincoln Hills School, employee provides, to assigned students, instructional and educational services including assessing students for need, selection, and provision of appropriate instructional resources, providing guided and independent practice, evaluation of progress, and appropriate remediation. Services also include maintenance of records and reporting student data as required. These activities are carried out under general supervision.Salary InformationThis position is in pay schedule and range 13-04 with a starting pay of $29.00/hour - $35.06/hour, plus excellent benefits. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A probationary period is required.This position may receive supplemental (add-on) pay adjustments for additional credits relevant to the position that are over and above the credits needed for certification.



This add-on ranges from $0.97/hour to $2.97/hour of additional pay, based on relevant credits and career development actions, as allowed in Section A of the Compensation Plan.Candidates with no prior permanent employment with the State of Wisconsin in the past 5 years may be eligible to accept a sign-on bonus of $3,000. The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments: $1500 on the first paycheck and $1500 with the paycheck for the pay period in which the employee attains permanent status (usually 1 year).To receive the bonus, a candidate must sign an agreement indicating they will remain in that occupational area for a year. If the candidate leaves their occupational area prior to completing the one year, they may be required to reimburse the initial
