SAP ECC System Analyst (SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration)

Duration: 6 months

Overview

The successful candidate will be working on our Finance, Audit and Risk team, and will be responsible for configuring SAP ECC Finance modules; specifically, FI, AP, AR, CO, MM. Our SAP ERP environment is ECC 6.0 Enhancement Pkg 8. Detailed knowledge of impacts to SAP configuration is required to support sustainment and project delivery.

Candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Configuration and Systems Analysis with large Program experience.
Knowledge of the Wealth Management and the Financial Services industry
Direct experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion in a finance-focused workplace, including assessment, design, testing, data readiness, and cutover support.
Hands-on experience supporting or delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation/migration initiatives, including system conversion or selective transformation planning, business process impact assessment, testing, cutover preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.




Robust understanding of SAP Finance transformation considerations for S/4HANA, such as Universal Journal impacts, finance master and transactional data readiness, custom code and interface assessment, and downstream integration dependencies.
Experienced in providing operational and sustainment services
Proven capabilities in establishing and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships
Solid communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, presentation) and facilitation skills
Demonstrated initiative and leadership abilities - comfortable managing issues in cross functional teams
Experience working across functional, technical, and vendor teams to support large-scale ERP modernization, including change readiness, solution design trade-offs, test planning, defect triage, and release/cutover coordination.
