This role involves blasting and coating on structural steel while maintaining safety standards. As a key member of the Strike team, you will work on a shift pattern of 14 days on and 7 days off.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting equipment, selecting coatings, and performing thorough testing of atmosphere and coating thicknesses. This position emphasizes teamwork and requires maintaining a protected and clean working setting while meeting project deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Perform blasting and coating as per specifications
Troubleshoot field sandblast equipment and tools
Select appropriate coatings and mix as directed
Test atmosphere and coating thickness regularly
Complete timely documentation for holiday testing Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Safety tickets: CSTS 2020, First Aid, WHMIS
Valid class 5 driver’s license required
Preferred NACE Level 1 or 2 certification
