With your background in retail or multinational accounting, you'll play a key strategic role supporting organizational growth and operational alignment with international teams. Your hands-on leadership will be critical in mentoring your team. Key Responsibilities:
Direct all aspects of accounting from AP to budget preparation
Foster relationships with stakeholders for P&L; management




Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Lead audits, identifying risks and enhancing controls
Cultivate a high-performing accounting team through training Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA designation preferred
7 years of accounting experience, 4 in a leadership role
Solid understanding of IFRS and Canadian tax compliance
Robust analytical and leadership abilities
