Responsibilities
Service agreement management: support the creation, modification and approval of operational activities governed by service agreements, ensuring all functions comply with defined processes.
Francization project: act as a key contributor to the francization project, ensuring the organization meets its linguistic commitments and successfully implements the program's requirements.
Ad hoc strategic support: carry out various special projects and provide versatile support to the team as needed to address the organization's changing priorities.





Profile / Requirements
Expertise in managing multidisciplinary projects involving numerous stakeholders in a complex setting.
Proven ability to mobilize cross‑functional teams locally and internationally and to lead groups of subject‑matter experts with leadership and diplomacy.
Excellent communication and synthesis skills, enabling effective interaction with all hierarchical levels.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high‑quality end results under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of operations and functions at Airbus Canada is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are required, in addition to advanced proficiency in French.
