Are you committed to protecting your community and making a real difference? G Force Security is seeking dedicated and qualified Mobile Security Guards to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and a proactive approach to safety and security.

Job Duties
Conduct mobile patrols of assigned sites to deter criminal activity and ensure safety
Monitor properties for suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and unauthorized access
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
Complete detailed patrol reports and incident documentation
Enforce site rules, company policies, and security procedures
Provide a visible and professional security presence at all times
Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and emergency services when required

Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Previous mobile security experience is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer and software use for accurate data entry and reporting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision




Comfortable and confident in identifying and addressing security violations
Demonstrates a strong sense of reliability, responsibility, and professionalism
